Welcome to our program page

Our organization uses Drone technology program (DTP) to inspire and educate girls in community and rural areas, encouraging them to return to school and pursue careers in STEM fields. Over 120 girls have been engaged within the last two years, and 80 girls have subscribed to our STEM learning Programs. This program is attracting and retaining more girls and women in our STEM programs through interactive and innovative technology enhancing STEM Education.

Our Drone Technology Program (DTP) focuses on encouraging educational re-engagement and bridging the Gender Gap in STEM, it helps solves Challenges faced by girls in community and rural areas, including dropout rates and lack of access to education. We provide interactive drone technology workshops in community and rural schools. We incorporate and provide ongoing support to girls through after-school programs through our Girls in ICT club. We see an increased participations of girls re-engaging in education and in STEM programs. So far, the integration of drone technology in STEM education is a transformative approach to empowering girls in community and rural areas, and we are building a brighter future for these girls and their communities.

Our organization continues to ensure girls participation in ICT programs. Promoting girls in ICT through the ICT club involves creating a supportive environment where girls can learn, explore, and excel in the field of information and communication technology. We have registered over 350 girls so far, and we continue to reach goals.

Our Goals

1. Education and Training: To offer workshops, training sessions, and hands-on activities to develop girls' skills in ICT. Encourage them to explore coding, robotics, cybersecurity, app development, and other relevant topics.

2. Mentorship: To provide mentorship opportunities where girls can connect with professionals in the ICT industry. Mentors can offer guidance, support, and insights into career paths in technology.

3. Networking: To organize events, field trips, and networking opportunities to help girls connect with like-minded peers and professionals in the industry. Networking can open doors to internships, job opportunities, and collaborations.

4. Visibility and Representation: To highlight successful women in ICT through guest speakers, panel discussions, and showcases. Representation is crucial for inspiring and empowering girls to pursue careers in technology.

5. Community Engagement: To engage with the broader community through outreach programs, partnerships with schools, and participation in tech competitions. By raising awareness about the importance of girls in ICT, we can help break stereotypes and foster inclusivity.

6. Skill Development: To focus on building both technical and soft skills, such as problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and leadership. These skills are essential for success in the ICT field.

We are creating an innovation that bring girls and young women from rural communities back to school through robotic and AI practical training.

Since the inception of this project, the number of girls and young women signing up for robotics and AI classes through agricultural transformation in the rural areas to drive gender equality has dramatically increased, showing how technology has change and impacted communities. the introduction of robotics and AI can promote skill development and training opportunities for women in agricultural communities. As these technologies become more prevalent, there is a growing demand for individuals who can operate, maintain, and repair them. This demand creates avenues for women to acquire new skills and expertise in robotics and AI, which were traditionally considered male-dominated fields. By participating in training programs and gaining proficiency in these technologies, women can challenge gender stereotypes and increase their employability in both agricultural and non-agricultural sectors. The integration of robotic and AI technologies in agricultural communities is playing a crucial role in driving gender equality. By automating labor-intensive tasks, providing data-driven insights, enhancing productivity, and promoting skill development, these technologies empower women to actively participate in agriculture, decision-making processes, and economic activities. This transformation not only benefits individual women but also contributes to the overall progress and equality within agricultural communities.

DIGITAL LITERACY PROGRAM FOR YOUNG WOMEN IN THE RURAL AREAS

We are committed to bridge gender equality, and we are constantly providing agricultural technology training to the rural young women globally. Our digital literacy programs will provide exposure to computers, internet and the benefits that this technology can play in the rural communities. This program will help creating job opportunities for youth and women through agricultural innovation.

This program will Improve digital literacy of women and facilitating their adoption of agricultural technologies which can increase their productivity, market reach and overall aspirations.
